Rhône Studio / Tampa food & drink photographer
Menus. Cocktails. The pour.
Food and drink photography for Tampa Bay restaurants, bars and brands. Shot on location in your light, plated by your kitchen, delivered ready for the menu, the website and the feed.
The work
Every dish, every pour.
Ro, Jekyll, Hooters, HeartBrand, Firehook, Boulon, Carbone, Redemption, Yellowstone. Menus, cocktails, grills and the occasional oyster, shot in the rooms they're served in, from Hyde Park to St. Pete.
How it runs · four steps, no surprises
How a Tampa restaurant shoot runs.
- 01
The list
Send the menu. Together we pick the dishes that carry it: the signatures, the drinks program, the one thing regulars keep posting.
- 02
The shoot
On location, usually before service. Your kitchen plates, I light and frame. Natural light where the room has it, one light where it doesn't. No styling kit, no fake ice.
- 03
Proofs
A contact sheet lands within 72 hours. You mark your picks, I retouch them properly: colour, crumbs, the smudge on the rim.
- 04
Delivery
Final files by online gallery, sized for print, web and social. Menu crops, squares and verticals, so nothing needs re-cropping later.

Food photography questions, answered.
Do I need to hire a food stylist?
Usually not. Your kitchen plates the food the way it's actually served, which is what customers expect to see. I handle placement, props from your own room and the light. For packaging or ad campaigns that need a stylist, I can bring one in.
How many dishes can we shoot?
A whole menu. Twenty-five or more plates plus the drinks program in a full day on location, with interiors and a few lifestyle frames when the room is good.
Do you shoot during service?
I prefer the hour or two before doors, when the kitchen can plate for camera and the room is clean. If you want real guests in the frames, we add a short block during service.
What about cocktails and dark bars?
Dark bars are the fun part. I bring one light and shape it to look like the room, so the drink reads and the mood stays.
Who owns the photos?
You get a commercial licence to use them on your own website, social channels, menus, print and advertising. I keep copyright and portfolio use, which is standard for commercial photography.
How fast is turnaround?
Proofs within 72 hours of the shoot, retouched finals about a week after you pick. Rush proofs in 24 hours are available.
